Horror books by Asian authors you should add to your TBR

With May being Asian heritage month I wanted to create a post that talks about horror books by Asian authors. As many of you very well know I am a big horror fan. About Psycho Hose Beast from Outer Space:

Nothing has happened in Newfoundland, Canada in nearly thirty years since the military abandoned the base. That is unless you count Tuesday night 2-for-1 video rentals. When a body is found in the town water supply it’s assumed that it was just an accident.

Books like Hunger Games and Divergent

Growing up I was such a big fan of Hunger Games and Divergent. Granted I didn’t get to them until I was in high school but I’m so happy that they came around when I was young. It was so beneficial to me to be able to read books that actually have strong women. I have never been a strong person. At least I don’t feel like I have ever been. So, it was nice getting to read a book where there were women my age that are actually strong. Seeing (or rather reading) that sort of thing made me want to be as strong as they are. I wanted to learn and be able to kick butt. Because of that I wanted to create a post of books like hunger games and divergent for those who want more!

Books with Serial Killers for true-crime lovers

Are you a big true crime junky? Or are you just fascinated with serial killers like I am? Hopefully, you don’t think that’s morbid. I’m always interested in why exactly they do what they do. What exactly makes their brain more rewired than the rest of us to have these impulses? That’s what always grabs my attention. Figuring out what makes their brain tick is always interesting even though what they want to do is always horrible. Because of this I always find myself interested in books about serial killers. I don’t care if they are fiction or nonfiction even though most of the ones I have been reading lately are actually fiction.
