How to make 2026 your year

Over the past couple of years, I feel as if I’ve been just strolling through life. I can’t remember the things that I’ve done, and I’m going to be honest, I don’t really like how the past two years have been going. I’ve been stressed, overeating, not feeling that great, and just overall disassociating most of the days that pass by. It’s honestly making me mad and a little bit sad at the same time. My two kids are young, and these years don’t last very long. I want to make the most of these years and not grow old and have to tell them I don’t know, I don’t remember that.
