My 30 – day happiness challenge

I feel like this is something that’s going to be hard for me to do. I’ve been dwelling in the depts of my despair for years now. I’ve dug my hole, and I’ve managed to keep myself there for a while now. I hate it, and I’ve finally gotten to the point where I’m fed up with it. I’m tired of wollowing and I’m tired of being stuck in a sadness that I don’t want to be in anymore. So I’ve decided to create my 30-day happiness challenge.

If you’re in the same boat as I am, I would love for you to join me. I’m going to create something that is specifically for me because I know how to help myself, but I don’t know you well enough to be able to help you. So, if you want to join in, please do. You can go off what I’m doing and tweak it to what will work for you.

I’ve gotten into such a rut over the past couple of years that it has become absolutely ridiculous. I sabotage my goals, happiness, and friendships. Things need to change for me, but I don’t actively try to make things better. I sink and let it all overwhelm me.

2026 needs to be the year that I change my perspective. So I’m creating my 30-day happiness challenge and changing how things are for me. I am determined to be a happier version of myself and not waste my life away.

  • Write out a negative thought and refraim it
  • List off things that I’m capable of
  • Spend 10 minutes outside with no phone
  • Change my environment a little bit
  • Say something kind to myself

These are just a few things that I’m going to be doing during my 30 – day happiness challenge. Let me know in the comments what some of yours are!

Conclusion to being happy

I hope this is something that you ultimately decide to join in as well. I feel like if you’re here, then you are probably feeling a lot of the same things that I am. On top of that, you probably want things to change. It’s up to you to make those changes. Only you can make yourself happy, and only you can change the way things are for you.
