I feel like this is something that’s going to be hard for me to do. I’ve been dwelling in the depts of my despair for years now. I’ve dug my hole, and I’ve managed to keep myself there for a while now. I hate it, and I’ve finally gotten to the point where I’m fed up with it. Why do we self-sabotage?
Before 2026 started, I had planned out how I wanted things to go. I wrote down all the goals I wanted to accomplish and broke them down into smaller, more manageable goals that I can work towards. In fact, I barely have anyone outside of my husband, kids, and my parents to really talk to. It has led me to be awkward and kind of scared to go off and do some things on my own. But what are some ways to be okay with being alone?
